The Controller Series software was developed in-house by Mainframe Associates and this fully integrated multi-user software has continued to develop over a thirty year period into a stable, consistent, highly functional, and extremely user-friendly product.

The Controller Series software is successfully installed in sites boasting over 50 work stations, over 40 printers and having annual sales in excess of $60 million.

User documentation is extensive and is constantly being improved upon.

Unlike a number of our competitors, Mainframe committed to an open database right from the start. In effect, this makes our product one of the easiest to leave, as the user is able to look at the definitions of the entire database at any time.

The Controller Series software supports ‘client server’ architecture, which simply stated, means that all data is readily available to the desktop for additional analysis including the import of that data into such tools as spreadsheets and third party database engines.

A unique user manageable ‘flag’ system has allowed Mainframe to install The Controller Series software across a wide range of business types. We install the same product in sites as varied as Building Supply, Federal and Private Marinas, Health Food Stores, Power Sport Stores and RV Parks to name just a few.
